White-label permit & tow management

Parking enforcement that runs on records, not phone calls

Residents register their own plates. The system applies your rules. Expired permits land on a tow-eligible queue with the evidence attached — and every property manager watches their own lot from a portal with your logo on it.

The before-state

You already know what today looks like

Almost every enforcement operation runs on the same four things — and all four fail at the worst possible moment.

Without a system

  • Guest permits taken over the phone and written down
  • A spreadsheet per property, each with different rules
  • Tow decisions made from memory at 2am
  • Property managers calling you to ask what happened
  • Disputes that come down to who sounds more certain
  • No way to prove a warning was ever delivered

On AutoTowing

  • Residents and guests register themselves in under a minute
  • One rule set per property, enforced automatically
  • A tow-eligible queue that builds itself as permits expire
  • Managers with a scoped portal and live visibility
  • Every decision timestamped and defensible
  • Notices sent, tracked, and confirmed delivered

How it works

Plate in, decision out

01

Residents and guests register

A plate, a unit, a duration. The permit exists in the system the second it's submitted — no one has to type it into a spreadsheet later.

02

The system enforces the rules

Caps, durations, banned plates and property-specific policies are checked on submission. Denials come with a reason the guest can read.

03

Expired permits become tow jobs

No permit, expired permit, or broken rule puts the vehicle on the tow-eligible list with a timestamped trail behind it.

04

Property managers watch their own lot

Managers log into a portal scoped to their properties. They see activity as it happens instead of calling you to ask.

The platform

Nine modules already running in production

This isn't a roadmap. It's a working enforcement operation, rebranded as yours.

Permit registration

Residents and guests register a plate in under a minute from their phone. No app download, no front-desk phone call, no paper log.

Rules enforced automatically

Permit caps per unit, guest duration limits, consecutive-stay rules and banned plates are applied by the system, not by whoever is on shift.

Tow-eligible queue

The moment a permit expires or a rule is broken, the vehicle drops into a tow-eligible list with the evidence already attached.

Property manager portal

Each manager sees their own properties only — active permits, denials, tow history — so the 'what happened at my lot' call disappears.

Guest status page

A public page a driver can check to see whether their vehicle is registered, expiring or already towed, plus who to call.

Alerts and notifications

Expiring-soon warnings, tow notices and lien notices go out on schedule, with delivery tracked so nothing quietly fails.

Banned plate list

Repeat offenders are flagged across the whole portfolio the moment they try to register again.

Performance reporting

Permit volume, tow rate by property, peak hours, top denial reasons and response times — the numbers you take into a renewal meeting.

Paid guest passes

When a guest hits a registration limit, they can buy an extension — a few extra hours up to a 7-day pass. Revenue is split automatically between you and the property.

Your brand, end to end

Logo, colors, sending domain and support details are yours. Guests and managers never see a third-party name.

Tour the whole platform

Proof

Built inside a 200+ property operation, not a whiteboard

AutoTowing is the productised version of a system already running enforcement across hundreds of properties — permits, rules, notices, tow queues and manager portals. The operator asked to stay anonymous. Their workflow is the case study.

  • Phone-call permits replaced by self-registration
  • Spreadsheets per property retired
  • Managers moved into scoped portals
  • Disputes answered from the record, not from memory

Questions

The ones we get every week

Do we have to move off our current dispatch software?

No. AutoTowing owns permits, enforcement rules and property visibility. It runs alongside whatever you dispatch and invoice with, and the tow-eligible list is what feeds your existing workflow.

How long does it take to get a property live?

The onboarding wizard walks you through branding, contact details, sending domain and permit rules. A single property is typically live the same day; a portfolio depends mostly on how fast you can get manager contacts together.

What does the free trial actually include?

Fourteen days on one property with the real product — registration, rules, tow-eligible queue, guest page and reporting. No card required to start.

Will guests and property managers see your name?

No. Every guest-facing and manager-facing surface carries your logo, colors, support number and sending domain.

Who owns the data?

You do. Exports are available at any time, and if you leave you take your permit and tow history with you.

Can property managers be given access without seeing everything?

Yes. Access is scoped per property, so a manager sees only their own lots and nothing from the rest of your portfolio.

What are paid guest passes?

When a guest hits a permit limit — say their three days are up — they can buy an extension right from the registration page, from a few extra hours up to a 7-day pass. The revenue is split automatically between you and the property, so a denied registration stops being a dead end and starts being income.
